1.1. Propr operates exclusively as a technology platform and provider of simulated trading programs. Propr does not act as a broker, custodian, or financial services provider.

1.2. Participating in Propr's simulated trading programs involves submitting trading signals using virtual funds. You are not placing live trades, nor are you risking real market capital.

2. OVERVIEW

2.1. This Risk Disclaimer is provided by Propr, operated by Propr Limited, to ensure that all users understand the nature of our Platform. This document should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice.

2.2. By using the Propr Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and risks described below.

3. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM

3.1. All accounts provided by Propr are 100% simulated. Virtual balances, leverage, prices, and P&L displayed on the platform are hypothetical metrics used solely to evaluate trading performance and calculate performance rewards.

3.2. Registration fees paid to participate in an evaluation program are non-refundable service fees and do not constitute trading capital, margin deposits, or investments. You cannot lose live trading funds on the platform.

4. SIGNAL PROVISION & SOLE DISCRETION

4.1. By submitting orders within the Propr environment, you are generating simulated performance data ("Signals") for Propr.

4.2. Propr retains sole and absolute discretion over whether to replicate, execute, or ignore any signals in live market environments using its own proprietary accounts. You have no direct access to, ownership of, or interest in any live brokerage or exchange accounts operated by Propr.

5. SIMULATED LEVERAGE & HYPOTHETICAL RISK

5.1. While the Platform may display simulated leverage, this leverage is purely a mathematical parameter for calculating virtual performance within the Platform's rules.

5.2. Simulated performance does not guarantee equivalent execution in live markets. Slippage, liquidity constraints, and execution delays in real markets may differ significantly from simulated conditions.

6. PERFORMANCE REWARDS & RELATIONSHIP

6.1. Any payments made to successful users represent performance-based fees or rewards for providing valuable Signals to Propr. They do not represent trading profits, investment returns, or interest earned.

6.2. You participate in the evaluation program strictly in your personal capacity as an individual user. You acknowledge and agree that you do not generate or provide signals "by way of business", nor as part of any regulated financial trade, advisory profession, or commercial enterprise.

7. TECHNOLOGY & PROTOCOL RISKS

7.1. The Platform relies on technology infrastructure, including third-party market data feeds, internet connectivity, and decentralized protocols (such as Hyperliquid).

7.2. Technical failures, API outages, cyberattacks, data latency, or smart contract bugs could result in service interruptions, delayed signal logging, or inaccurate performance tracking.

8. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE OR GUARANTEE OF REWARDS

8.1. Nothing on the Propr Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All simulated actions are taken independently by you.

8.2. There is no guarantee that you will pass an evaluation challenge or receive performance rewards. Virtual trading results depend on market conditions, personal skill, and risk management. The majority of participants in trading evaluations do not achieve payout metrics.

9. JURISDICTION & REGULATORY STATUS

9.1. The Propr Platform is not an investment exchange, discretionary investment manager, or financial advisory service. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Platform to offer licensed advice, manage third-party funds, or market signals to third parties "by way of business".

9.2. The regulatory environment governing cryptocurrency markets, simulated trading, and prop firms is evolving. Availability of the Platform does not constitute an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such activity would be unlawful. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with all local laws and regulations applicable to you.
